The hotel is conveniently located next to Wanda Plaza for shopping and dining options. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is great with a variety of choices. The staff, including the chef and managers, are attentive and responsive to feedback. The hotel is also near parks and has good air-conditioning.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, situated on top of a shopping centre in a pleasant area of the city center. Guests can enjoy easy access to various shopping and dining options. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well, equipped with luxurious amenities. the bathroom is beautiful with a nice bathtub and a shower. the hotel facilities are great, such as the gym, spa, and the pool. the staff is very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Breakfast buffet is delicious with a fantastic variety of good, quality food.
It is allowed to smoke in some outdoor common areas such as the pool, which might be unpleasant for non, smokers.

A fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel with exclusive amenities. the spacious and well-appointed room had a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. the Spa & wellness centre was a wonderful oasis and a perfect place to unwind. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and leisure/ TV room were fantastic. the restaurant offered a fantastic variety of food, including delicious local dishes.

The room was spacious and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay a pleasant one.
The hotel allows smoking in the pool area which may affect non-smokers. the food choices could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes.

We loved the central location of this hotel on top of the shopping centre, making it easy for us to go shopping and dine out. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the facilities, such as the pool and spa, were well-maintained. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of options, including typical Chinese cuisine and good coffee. The staff was exceptional, attentive, and helpful, especially Allen and Doris.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
